Linked below, are the current tariffs as approved by the West Virginia Public Service Commission. Tariffs are basically the rules and regulations, and the rate schedules by which HREA conducts business. All changes to these tariffs are subject to a specific process outlined by the PSC. This process mandates that all changes be approved by resolution by the Board of Directors of HREA, be open for member comment for at least 30 days, appear in Class IV legal advertisements in newspapers that cover the affected service territory, etc.

All tariffs are cost-based. This means that in order to change a tariff, HREA must provide documentation proving the need for the change.
